Cost and energy-effective SiGe integrated circuits
We design and develop SiGe integrated circuits for radar and communications applications in the microwave and sub-THz bands. We offer single active components, as LNAs, Phase-Shifters, VCOc, etc., as well as whole analog front-ends, as e.g. fully functional transceivers. We apply SiGe BiCMOS technology in our designs, and hence deliver cost-effective and energy-efficient solutions for our clients. We also perform integration of components for end-user applications as well as component and system level measurements. All the prototyped chips are fully measured for their DC and RF characteristics. Depending on the frequency range, we offer chips packaged in cost-effective QFN packages or as bare dies or with dedicated mounting solutions.
